How does payment work?
We use PayPal for secure payments in South African Rand (ZAR). All major cards and PayPal accounts are supported. Your subscription renews monthly and you can cancel at any time.
What happens when I reach my API limit?
You'll see a friendly prompt to upgrade. Your dashboard will still work but API calls will return a 429 status until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is my data POPIA-compliant?
Absolutely. TenderWatch is built from the ground up for POPIA compliance. All PII is redacted, IP addresses are hashed, and access is logged for audit purposes. We never store unnecessary personal information.
Do you offer discounts for NGOs?
Yes. Registered South African NGOs and non-profits with a valid PBO number qualify for a 50% discount on the Investigator and Newsroom plans. Email us at southafricanapp@outlook.com with your PBO certificate.
